Following the Haedong Mystic Sect incident, Father Park, Hyun-am, and Joon-hoo team up to investigate a series of mysterious deaths of gangs. Seung-hee, haunted by dreams that mirror each death, turns to Father Park for help, while the victims are revealed to be those responsible for her twin sister Joo-hee’s death, and each murder eerily matches a scene from a painting by their father, Hyun-woong.

As the final portrait nears completion, the exorcists must uncover the dark force behind the paintings before it claims its next victim.

해동밀교 사건 이후, 박 신부와 현암, 준후는 의문의 연쇄 조폭 살인 사건을 수사하기 위해 힘을 합친다. 매번 살인 사건의 현장을 그대로 재현한 듯한 꿈에 시달리던 승희는 박 신부를 찾아 도움을 청한다. 한편, 피해자들은 승희의 쌍둥이 언니 주희의 죽음에 책임이 있는 자들이라는 사실이 밝혀지고, 각각의 살인 사건은 그녀들의 아버지 현웅이 그린 그림 속 장면과 기이할 정도로 똑같이 펼쳐진다.

마지막 그림이 완성에 가까워지면서, 퇴마사들은 다음 희생자가 생기기 전에 그림에 깃든 어둠의 존재가 무엇인지 밝혀내야 한다.
